Lightium AG is seeking a seasoned Head of Quality and Industrialization to take our photonic platform from development to a certified, dual-sourced production line. You will own the QMS, drive ISO 9001 readiness, and manage external fabs, audits, and process qualification.

With 10+ years in semiconductor quality and industrialization, you will steer reliability programs, NPI transfers, and supplier governance while partnering with leadership to scale from pilot to volume production.

Qualifications

• Senior expertise in quality/industrialization for semiconductor startups.
• Experience taking processes from development to qualified, high-yield production.
• Ability to lead ISO 9001 certification programs and supplier governance.

Responsabilités

• Design and build the first QMS sized for a semiconductor startup.
• Own audit programs, management reviews, and CAPA loops.
• Industrialize TFLN processes and qualify production lines.
• Manage external fabs, back-end subcontractors, and quality agreements.
• Lead reliability, qualification testing, and customer quality interfaces.
