Angst+Pfister AG is seeking a Leader People Development to shape our learning culture across the group, aligning initiatives with business priorities and driving growth.

You will lead the A+P Academy LMS, design digital content with SMEs, and guide a diverse, international team to deliver impactful programs.

Fluency in German and English and experience in industrial/technical settings are essential to succeed in this global role.

Competenze

• University degree in Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Talent Development.
• Experience in an international industrial or technical environment.
• Experience with learning management systems and digital learning solutions (Avendoo is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of modern learning methods, training design, project management and stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
• Intercultural competence and ability to operate in an international environment.
• Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Define and implement the Group's People Development and learning strategy, aligning training initiatives with business priorities and organizational needs.
• Drive the strategic development of the group-wide A+P Academy (LMS), taking ownership of platform strategy, governance, user experience, master data management, and content architecture.
• Design and continuously improve digital learning content and training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts, business leaders, and external partners.
• Lead, develop, and manage the People Development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate group-wide onboarding, Welcome Days, classroom and virtual training, and leadership development programs, ensuring a consistent and engaging learning experience across all business channels.
• Establish learning standards, evaluate training effectiveness, and develop learning KPIs and management reports to measure impact and identify optimization opportunities.
