Zusammenfassung

MCI Group in Geneva, Switzerland, is seeking a Head of Group Internal Communications to join our Leadership Team. This hybrid, permanent role reports to the Group HR Director and shapes how employees connect with leaders, culture, and priorities across our international, multi-brand organisation.

You will lead strategic communication across countries, coaching senior leaders and guiding EVP storytelling to enhance employee experience and engagement across the lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

  • 8+ years' experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
  • International mindset with experience across countries, cultures and stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to advise and influence senior leaders, including at executive level.
  • Excellent English communication skills, writing, editing and storytelling.

Aufgaben

  • Shape the group's internal communications strategy and annual priorities.
  • Advise senior leaders on executive communication, organisational change and employee engagement.
  • Partner with Group HR to bring EVP to life, strengthening employee engagement and onboarding.
  • Co-lead evolution of the digital workplace with IT and Digital Transformation teams.
  • Serve as a trusted communications adviser across the business.
  • Coach and develop the Group Internal Communications Coordinator.
  • Oversee planning and delivery of the annual Business Academy, the leadership gathering.
  • Support CEO Live, leadership meetings and other strategic employee moments.

We are looking for a Head of Group Internal Communications to join our Leadership Team and shape how employees connect with our leaders, culture, and business priorities across an international, multi-brand organisation.

Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will work closely with the CEO, the Group President, People & Operations, and colleagues across the group.

What you will do
  • Shape the group's internal communications strategy and annual priorities.
  • Advise senior leaders on executive communication, organisational change and employee engagement.
  • Partner with Group HR to bring our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life, using communication to strengthen employee engagement, culture, onboarding and the overall employee experience.
  • Co-lead the evolution of our digital workplace with our IT and Digital Transformation team, strengthening content governance, user adoption and knowledge sharing.
  • Serve as a trusted communication adviser across the business.
  • Coach and develop our Group Internal Communications Coordinator.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of our annual Business Academy, our flagship leadership gathering.
  • Support and enhance CEO Live, leadership meetings and other strategic employee moments.
What you bring
  • 8+ years' experience in internal communications and employee engagement
  • An international mindset, with experience working across countries, cultures and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • The confidence and credibility to advise and influence senior leaders, including at the executive level.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with a talent for writing, editing and storytelling.
  • The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, moving comfortably between big-picture planning and execution.
  • Experience leading communication through organisational change and business integration.
  • A strong track record of building alignment and delivering outcomes across functions, countries and business units.
  • A good understanding of how communication can support employee experience, culture and talent engagement across the employee lifecycle.
  • An inclusive, human-first leadership style that builds trust and encourages open dialogue.
  • Sound judgement when handling sensitive, confidential or high-impact communication.
  • Confidence using digital workplace, collaboration and emerging AI tools to improve reach, relevance and knowledge sharing.
