On in Zurich seeks a seasoned Head of Internal Communications to lead global storytelling and channel strategy across digital, written, and live formats. You will partner with the CHRO and founders to shape executive voice, guide change management, and align teams with On’s mission and values.

You will build and mentor a distributed team, drive major internal moments such as town halls and AMAs, and steward a cohesive narrative across offices and time zones while staying curious about emerging

• 15+ years of experience leading internal or corporate communications.
• Demonstrated storytelling mastery with ability to translate complex strategies into clear narratives.
• Executive presence with coaching and advisory experience for C-suite leaders.
