Lonza is seeking a Training & Development specialist to drive curricula, oversee LMS, and ensure GMP compliance across manufacturing operations in Switzerland. You will design courses, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain records while collaborating with managers and QA to meet regulatory standards.

The role requires experience in training within a manufacturing setting, strong organizational and project management skills, and fluent German with intermediate English.

Qualifikationen

• GMP knowledge in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Some experience in training.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with LMS e.g. Cornerstone on Demand.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in German; English intermediate.

Aufgaben

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify training needs with department managers.
• Develop training curricula, including outlines, materials and assessments.
• Facilitate training sessions using classroom, virtual, on-the-job coaching and e-learning.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness with surveys and tools.
• Maintain records of training activities, materials and participant progress.
• Ensure training activities and materials meet compliance standards.
• Manage training resources including venues and equipment.
• Use LMS to schedule, track and report training activities.
• Stay updated on trends and technologies in training and development.
• Regularly update management on training progress and outcomes.
