Zusammenfassung

Lonza in Stein, AG, Switzerland, seeks a hands-on professional to own gowning and cleaning compliance across a GMP facility. You will drive investigations, present concepts during audits and contribute to site-wide cleaning excellence initiatives.

This fully site-based role requires collaboration with MSAT, QA and Operations to optimize processes and ensure inspection-ready standards. Fluent German/English is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in aseptic GMP manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of cleanroom operations and compliance concepts.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections, CAPAs and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead and enhance site-wide gowning, cleaning, disinfection, labeling and identification programs for GMP compliance and operational excellence.
• Serve as subject matter expert for cleaning and gowning processes, supporting audits and investigations across the facility.
• Coordinate external cleaning service providers, ensuring training compliance and performance management.
• Act as primary contact for maintenance and shutdown activities, driving cleanliness zoning and cross-functional coordination.
• Partner with MSAT, QA, Operations and Engineering to implement compliance concepts and improvements.
