Qualifikationen

• GMP-regulated environment experience in Training, Quality, or related function.
• Experience implementing and optimizing training processes, including LMS.
• Strong GMP training knowledge and learning management systems.

• Lead the transformation and digitalization of the training function.
• Implement and improve a new Learning Management System (LMS).
• Develop and drive the company-wide training strategy.
• Ensure training compliance and employee qualification in a GMP environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to foster continuous learning.
