Actalent in Basel seeks a Compliance Support Specialist (GxP Training) for a 12-month contract to support GMP training, compliance and quality initiatives across technical operations.

You will administer local and global GxP training, develop materials, coordinate sessions, work with stakeholders, and manage Cornerstone LMS within a GMP-regulated environment. This role offers exposure to global training projects and a collaborative Technical Compliance team.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or degree within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical industry
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training administration, quality assurance, compliance, or related functions in a regulated environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Cornerstone Learning Management System (mandatory)
• Extensive experience working in GMP-regulated environments

Are you experienced in GMP training, compliance, and quality support within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industry? We are looking for a Compliance Support Specialist to join a leading global pharmaceutical company in Basel and support GxP training initiatives across technical operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the administration and coordination of local and global GxP training initiatives
• Identify training requirements and contribute to the implementation of training concepts
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
• Assist in the planning and organisation of training sessions
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support the training strategy and ensure compliance
• Collaborate closely with training organisations across the business
• Provide support for the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS)

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training or degree within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical industry
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in training administration, quality assurance, compliance, or related functions in a regulated environment
• Strong hands‑on experience with Cornerstone Learning Management System (mandatory)
• Extensive experience working in GMP-regulated environments
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and reliably
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Advanced German (written and spoken) is essential
• Good English skills are advantageous
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
