Job summary

coni + partner AG in Zurich is seeking Head Fund Operations Control / Middle Office for a client in asset management. You will oversee data flows for fund instruments (CISA, ETF, UCITS), ensure NAV accuracy, and supervise a team across performance and reporting tasks.

The role emphasizes data quality, regulatory awareness (FINMA/FMA), and process automation. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to optimise fund operations and deliver timely, transparent fund information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Banking & Finance or Economics
• CPA or CISA is an advantage
• Experience in asset management middle office or funds sector
• Knowledge of Swiss and international funds
• Experience with fund managers and regulators (FINMA/FMA/CSSF)
• Interest in IT and process automation
• Programming skills: Python, SQL, VBA
• Strong analytical and attention to detail
• Proactive and communicative personality
• Excellent MS Excel knowledge
• Fluency in English; German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee data flows for investment fund sector (CISA, ETF, UCITS)
• Lead and develop a team within asset management middle office
• Supervise data quality, NAV calculations, fund figures and reports
• Contribute to valuation decisions and committees
• Collaborate with specialist teams and regulatory monitoring
• Plan and implement optimisation projects and automation
• Handle ad hoc projects
