Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in fund operations, fund controlling, fund accounting, fund administration or audit.
• Knowledge of Swiss and Luxembourg fund regulations (UCITS, CSSF, FINMA) preferred.
• Experience with NAV control and external fund administrators.
• Experience with CACEIS is an advantage.
• Strong data management and reporting skills; cost structures awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of three Fund Operations specialists for Swiss and Luxembourg portfolios.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of fund data across internal systems.
• Monitor data flows; be the main contact for external system provider.
• Review fund indicators (TER, PTR, OGC, costs) for accuracy.
• Own PRIIPs KID production and ensure up-to-date information.
• Coordinate NAV data with CACEIS; resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in Valuation Committee discussions.
