Job summary

H55 seeks a versatile Head of Finance & Administration to lead its corporate functions and ensure the Swiss site operates efficiently. You will shape governance, policies and controls while coordinating finance, HR, IT, facilities and administration through a small internal team and external partners.

You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align priorities, drive improvements, and deliver the company’s objectives, including shareholder commitments and financing arrangements.

Qualifications

• Broad leadership experience in finance, operations or corporate services.
• Strong governance and policy implementation background.
• Experience coordinating site operations across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Lead HR, IT, facilities and corporate services for the Swiss site.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, governance and reporting obligations.
• Drive process improvements and cost discipline across functions.
