This leadership role oversees accounting, reporting, controlling and treasury, guiding a small team and partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and governance.

The role requires fluent German and English, strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and a track record in international finance leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead financial accounting, reporting, and closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and performance analysis.

• Manage relationships with auditors, advisors, banks, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure robust internal controls, governance, and compliance processes are maintained.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team while driving process improvement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance leader to take ownership of accounting, reporting, controlling, and treasury activities within a global environment. Leading a small finance team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, ensuring strong governance, and driving continuous improvement across finance operations.

Fluency in both German and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
