SUISA, the cooperative for music creators, invites a senior finance and administration leader to Zurich to head an 11‑person team and drive financial operations.

You will oversee monthly and annual financial statements under Swiss GAAP FER, manage cash, budget planning, and align accounting with external stakeholders.

Proficiency in German (written and spoken) with good French and English, and deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior finance professional with leadership experience in a large team.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and consolidated statements.
• Excellent German, with good French and English skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the 11-member team from the groups Financial Accounting, Personnel and Welfare Foundations as well as Central Services and Real Estate.
• Responsible for preparing the monthly and annual financial statements (including consolidated financial statements) according to Swiss GAAP FER for the SUISA cooperative, its subsidiaries and the affiliated foundations.
• Preparing the annual budget and refining financial and operational accounting to meet internal and external needs (public, media, supervisory authorities).
• Responsible for cash management and asset management and for collaborating with auditors and tax advisers.
