Job summary

Albatross is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own post-signature customer success for enterprise clients across Europe and the US. You will drive pilots to measurable results, manage renewals and expansions, and ensure platform adoption with four primitives deployed without heavy custom coding.

You come from software and have built deployment or solutions teams in startups, delivering time-to-live metrics and revenue growth. You will travel up to 30% and report to the CEO.

Qualifications

• You have built a customer success, deployment or solutions function from zero at a startup.
• You have deployed a SaaS or API product into enterprise customers.
• You have led a technical, customer-facing team: solutions engineers, implementation consultants, or data analysts.
• You move fast, you do not overpromise, and you deliver strong results quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own every customer relationship after signature, as the senior point of contact for their CPO, VP of Data and VP of Engineering.
• Run every pilot to a result: live A/B test in seven weeks, uplift measured, contract converted.
• Own renewals and upsells across all four primitives and group agreements.
• Build and lead the Deployment Strategist team across Europe and the US.
