Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Growth Engineer focused on SEO, SEM and AI-driven discovery to generate qualified B2B leads in Switzerland. You will own the full growth motion across GEO, GEM, and traditional search to drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

In this hands-on role, you will identify high‑intent opportunities, launch campaigns, optimize content and landing pages, and run experiments across channels. The initial engagement is a three‑month project with the potential to go full‑time based

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO and SEM experience with campaign execution and measurement.
• Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization and AI search.
• Proven ability to generate B2B leads and pipeline via digital channels.
• Experience in cloud technology, technology consulting, IT services, SaaS or another B2B tech environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Google search ecosystem and analytics/tools.
• Ability to independently identify growth opportunities and execute without heavy reliance on teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, especially with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated growth strategy spanning SEO, SEM, GEO, and GEM.
• Increase visibility across Google and AI-driven search and discovery platforms.
• Identify high-intent search opportunities relevant to buyers of cloud, AI, data, FinOps, and tech consulting services.
• Own keyword research, search-intent analysis, competitive research, and content/search-growth opportunities.
• Execute on-page SEO initiatives and resolve technical SEO issues impacting organic performance.
• Build, manage, test, and optimize paid search campaigns, particularly Google Ads.
• Optimize existing content and develop landing-page and search-focused content to drive qualified demand.
• Improve visibility, relevance, and citation potential across generative AI search experiences.
• Run continuous experiments across messaging, keywords, landing pages, campaigns, and channels.
• Build and maintain measurement and attribution across the full funnel, linking search to leads/opportunities/revenue.
• Monitor campaign and organic performance and adjust based on data and results.
• Partner with leadership to identify growth priorities, evaluate opportunities, and translate insights into execution.
