Zusammenfassung

Linnea SA is seeking an experienced Head of Applications to lead our business applications function and drive our digital transformation journey.

Reporting to the CFO, you will define and execute the company’s application, data and digitalisation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements and technology strategy. Location: Riazzino, Switzerland with smart working 1 day/week.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in enterprise business applications with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries is a strong plus.
• Strong ERP experience (Dynamics 365/AX, SAP, Oracle or Infor).
• GxP, Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, CSV and data integrity knowledge.
• Experience with project/portfolio management, budgets and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English.
