An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ICT Applications Manager to join one of Switzerland's leading consulting and IT service providers, supporting a diverse range of organisations with business software, IT infrastructure and technology solutions.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the technical operation and ongoing development of application environments, working closely with application consultants to understand technical requirements, resolve complex issues and ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include analysing and resolving complex application malfunctions and errors, installing and operating application landscapes, developing security guidelines and hardening specifications, and establishing effective monitoring of application operations.You will also play an important role in standardising and automating operational processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have formal training in computer science and good practical knowledge of Microsoft Server and Microsoft SQL, alongside solid experience with IDP and reverse proxy technologies.Experience with innosolv and/or CMI would be advantageous.You should also be comfortable working independently, taking responsibility for your work and approaching technical challenges in a precise and solution-oriented way.
