Zusammenfassung

Genpact is seeking an experienced Life Sciences Industry Advisory leader to combine deep domain knowledge with consulting, growth, data, technology and AI expertise. You will guide strategic advisory services, manage senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional transformations across global life sciences clients.

You will champion data analytics, cloud and AI capabilities to deliver measurable business impact, while building strong client relationships and thought leadership in industry forums.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and relevant certifications preferred.
• Extensive consulting experience in life sciences with strategic advisory focus.
• Proven ability to translate data/AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

We are inviting applications for an experienced Life Sciences Industry Advisory leader who can combine deep industry knowledge with consulting, growth, data, technology and AI expertise to help clients navigate complex transformation challenges.

• Define and drive the strategic direction of life sciences advisory services to align with organizational goals and market demands.
• Lead complex market and competitive analyses to identify high-value growth opportunities and emerging risks.
• Advise senior leadership and key stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations that influence business strategy and decision-making.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with top-tier clients, partners, and industry influencers to strengthen the advisory practice.
• Champion the integration of advanced data analytics and industry research into advisory offerings to enhance impact and relevance.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements to elevate thought leadership and brand presence.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, governance standards, and best practices across all advisory activities.
• Mentor and develop senior advisory teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced consulting and advisory professional bringing a combination of:

• Strong consulting, client relationship and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Deep expertise within Life Sciences.
• Experience leading complex business, digital, data and technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, Cloud and automation technologies.
• Experience translating data and technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes and commercial impact.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence, data engineering, data visualization and insight generation.
• Experience with transformation strategy, operating model improvement and process optimization.
• Strong critical thinking, storytelling and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders.
• Proven people leadership and project/program management capability.
• Exposure to platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Power Platform, Python, Snowflake, Databricks and machine learning technologies would be advantageous.

Education
