Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Head of AI Value Creation to shape how Artificial Intelligence transforms our commercial operations and customer experiences. You will identify high-value AI opportunities, turn ideas into scalable solutions, and drive adoption across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Digital, Data and IT.

Your success will be measured by tangible value delivered to customers, employees and the business, through strategic leadership, practical delivery, and responsible AI

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI, digital transformation or technology-enabled initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Understanding of AI and Generative AI, particularly their applications in commercial, marketing or customer-facing environments.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience developing business cases, defining KPIs and evaluating business impact.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology functions in complex organizations.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English.

• Connect teams and expertise: Collaborate across functions, markets and external partners to align priorities and deliver shared outcomes.
• Guide investment decisions: Evaluate emerging technologies, assess opportunities and recommend where to invest, accelerate or redirect resources.
• Promote responsible AI: Ensure initiatives align with relevant data privacy, security, regulatory and governance requirements.

Working across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Digital, Data and IT, you’ll connect business priorities with emerging AI capabilities.
