The role focuses on developing personalized guest programs, building strong partnerships, and contributing to pre-opening preparations and ongoing operations in a prestigious, multilingual environment.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience in concierge management or related leadership role.
• Fluent English; German and/or Italian desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead, inspire, coach, and develop the Concierge Team, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, collaboration, and genuine hospitality.
• Ensure the highest standards of luxury guest service through personalized recommendations and proactive guest engagement.
• Oversee all concierge services, including transportation, dining reservations, cultural activities, excursions, wellness experiences, and special occasions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local luxury partners to create unique guest experiences.
• Anticipate guest expectations by maintaining detailed guest profiles and collaborating with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, F&B, and other hotel departments.
• Handle VIP guests, high-profile visitors, and complex guest situations with discretion and attention to detail.
• Ensure smooth handling of guest concerns, complaints, and last-minute requests with sound judgment.
• Maintain knowledge of local events, attractions, restaurants, and trends within the destination.
• Develop and refine concierge standards, procedures, and signature experiences aligned with the hotel's luxury positioning.
• Participate in pre-opening activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, supplier selection, and operational setup.
