Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of international controlling, FP&A or commercial finance in an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow drivers.
• Experience with transfer pricing and intercompany flows.
• Proficient in SAP, OneStream and Power BI; advanced Excel skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, transparency and decision support across the EMEA region with several 100MM turnover and more than a dozen entities. The role acts as a key finance partner to regional and business leadership, ensuring robust planning, forecasting and performance management while supporting strategic and operational decision-making across sales companies, production locations and regional functions. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Financial Controlling Professional, who enjoys the diversity of this type of role and is eager to join a growing business. The role reports directly to the CFO of the division and is to be based at our HQ in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.
