Job summary

Georg-Fischer in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, seeks an experienced SAP professional to lead SAP SD and Order-to-Cash initiatives. You will manage diverse projects, from local optimizations to global roll-outs, coordinating with IT, sales, and finance teams.

You will design and implement SAP S/4HANA Sales processes, enhance ABAP solutions, and ensure seamless integrations with FI, MM, and CRM systems. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

• Higher education in IT, economics, or related field.
• 6-8 years of practical SAP experience in similar role.
• Deep SAP knowledge in relevant modules and applications.
• Strong project and change management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong influencing and communication skills across functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Fluent English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD and Order-to-Cash projects, rollouts, and enhancements from requirements through deployment and hypercare.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP S/4HANA Sales processes including order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and intercompany processing.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable functional and technical solutions aligned with global template and clean-core principles.
• Develop and enhance ABAP-based solutions using ABAP Objects and CDS views, with API and OData integrations.
• Ensure reliable integration with SAP and non-SAP systems (FI, MM, PP, WM, CRM, MES, WMS, e-commerce).
• Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and provide guidance to key users and stakeholders.
