Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of international controlling, FP&A or commercial finance in an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow drivers.
• Experience with transfer pricing and intercompany flows.
• Proficient in SAP, OneStream and Power BI; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial performance management across the EMEA region.
• Coordinate the budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Act as a senior finance business partner to EMEA leadership.
• Provide transparency on profitability by market, customer and product.
• Develop and operate transfer pricing and intercompany models.
• Drive simplification, standardisation and automation of reporting processes.
• Promote strong financial governance and disciplined planning.
