Kempinski Hotels in St. Moritz is seeking a Guest Relations Agent / Lady in Red (f/m/d) for the coming winter season 2026/2027.

You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, handle VIP preparations, and manage guest inquiries, using Opera for reservations and billing. We look for a professionally trained candidate with OPERA knowledge, excellent German and English, a team spirit, and a polished appearance.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed specialist training in hospitality.
• OPERA knowledge is preferred.
• Professionalism, creativity and a high quality awareness.
• Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Check-in/out (private individuals and groups)
• Welcoming and assisting hotel guests
• Preparing for VIP arrivals
• Preparation of invoices
• Management of own cash register with payment processing and currency exchange
• Receipt and processing of guest inquiries
• Various administrative reception tasks
• Use of the Opera program
