Zusammenfassung

Kempinski in St. Moritz is seeking a Shiftleader Reception (f/m/d) to lead the front office and guest services during the winter season 2026/2027. You will oversee daily reception operations, guide a team of receptionists, and ensure high standards of guest service.

The role requires specialist training, strong leadership and language skills in German and English, with Italian/Russian as a plus. You will work onsite in the Engadin Alps and contribute to a premium guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed specialist training.
• Communication skills and good judgement, as well as leadership skills.
• OPERA knowledge.
• Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness.
• Structured and organised way of working.
• Keen interest in team-oriented work.
• Very good knowledge of German and English and, ideally, Italian and/or Russian.

Aufgaben

• Plan and supervise the daily operations of the reception department, including guest arrivals/departures, room sales and VIP/group allocations.
• Coordinate and review the work of receptionists.
• Conduct training for new employees and on-the-job training.
• Handle guest requests and complaints.
• Supervise cashiers.
• Provide information about customer loyalty programmes.
• Hand over at the end of the shift.
• Complete administrative tasks.
• Manage cash register with collections and currency exchange.
• Prepare invoices.
