Qualifikationen

• Professional training completed and relevant to reception/guest services.
• Strong communication, judgement and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Opera PMS is a plus.
• High quality awareness and attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Structured, organised, and team-focused approach.
• Fluency in German and English; Italian/Russian desirable.

Aufgaben

• Plan and supervise daily reception operations, arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
• Coordinate and review the work of receptionists and train new staff.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism.
• Supervise cashiers and manage cash handling and invoicing.
• Provide information on loyalty programmes and perform shift handovers.
