Kempinski Hotels in St. Moritz seeks a proactive Front Office Supervisor for the coming winter season 2026/2027. You will lead the reception team, manage guest arrivals and VIP allocations, and coordinate daily operations with a focus on high 5-star service and seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities include staff training, handling guest requests, and ensuring accurate cash handling and invoicing. Fluent German and English are essential, with Italian/Russian a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Professional training completed and relevant to reception/guest services.
• Strong communication, judgement and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Opera PMS is a plus.
• High quality awareness and attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Structured, organised, and team-focused approach.
• Fluency in German and English; Italian/Russian desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and supervising the daily operations of the reception department, including guest arrivals and departures, room sales, and room allocations for VIPs, groups, and crews.
• Coordinating and reviewing the work of receptionists.
• Conducting training for new employees and on-the-job training.
• Handling guest requests and complaints.
• Supervising cashiers.
• Providing information about customer loyalty programmes.
• Handing over at the end of the shift.
• Completing administrative tasks.
• Managing your own cash register with collection, currency exchange, etc.
• Preparing invoices.

• Successfully completed specialist training
• Communication skills and good judgement, as well as leadership skills
• OPERA knowledge
