Job summary

SLS Barcelona is seeking a Front Office intern to support reservations, guest guidance, and the signature SLS service. You’ll handle check-ins/outs, ensure data accuracy in systems, greet guests warmly, and assist with guest billing.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and you should be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality. A 6-month internship is preferred; you’ll work in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment and gain hands-on experience in hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• You’re studying a bachelor’s/master’s degree in hospitality or a related field.
• You have the possibility to sign an agreement with your school for a period of preferably 6 months.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reservations, guest guidance, and be an SLS ambassador.
• Manage arrival and departure processes with accurate data in all systems.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries and billing.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
