Job summary

Landquart Fashion Outlet in Graubünden seeks a Guest Advisor for our Guest Services team, delivering a first-class guest experience on site, by phone and by email.

We require completed commercial vocational training and fluent German with very good English, plus a service mindset and an independent, proactive working style. Ability to work weekends/public holidays is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent.
• Initial professional experience in retail, tourism, hospitality or the hotel industry is an advantage.
• Commercial mindset and analytical curiosity.
• Service-oriented, communicative and confident when interacting with guests.
• Structured, proactive and independent way of working.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Fluent German and very good English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Professional and friendly service for our guests on site, by telephone and by email
• Handling customer enquiries and ensuring an excellent visitor experience
• Supporting the management of the customer loyalty programme and guest communication (KPI reporting, performance monitoring, data management)
• Supporting seasonal campaigns and promotional activities
• Promoting and selling services and tourism-related products
