Job summary

COMPANYS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (80-100%) for our Fashion Outlet Center Landquart location to assist the Store Manager, motivate the team and actively contribute to the store’s success. This role blends leadership with hands-on selling in a vibrant fashion retail environment.

You will lead by example, organize daily operations, participate in inventory and events, and ensure an excellent customer experience that reflects COMPANYS philosophy.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail, ideally in a leadership role.
• Passion for people and fashion; enjoy interacting with customers.
• Experience selling womenswear and menswear.
• Enjoyment of team leadership and staff development.
• Structured, organized, reliable; responsible and flexible.
• Strong visual skills to showcase products.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in managing and organizing the store.
• Share responsibility for achieving sales targets and KPIs.
