Alpian Bank is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our acquisition engine from first click to first investment. You will shape the growth function, plan and optimize paid campaigns, and drive cross-channel experiments with a strong emphasis on AI-driven insights and automation.

You will lead performance marketing, convert sign-ups to funded clients, and collaborate with product, data, and partnerships teams. Willingness to relocate to Geneva is required.

Why This Role Matters

As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll run our acquisition and activation engine, from first click to first investment, across direct channels and partnerships. The role suits someone who wants more scope and responsibility than their current job allows.

What you'll do

• Help shape how our new growth team works, from weekly rhythm and processes to dashboards.
• Own performance marketing. Plan, launch and optimize paid acquisition across channels, and manage spend against clear efficiency targets.
• Improve conversion from sign-up to account opening, first deposit and first investment. Find where the funnel leaks and fix it with our product, data and client experience teams.
• Turn partnerships into acquisition channels. Once our BD team signs a partner, you make it perform, covering onboarding flows, co-marketing, tracking and results reviews.
• Run campaigns and experiments end to end (referral, promotions, offers, messaging, landing pages). Each one has a hypothesis, a target and a read-out.
• Make AI the default in growth work, from automated reporting to faster creative testing and sharper analysis, and help set the standard for the team.

Your first year

• By month 3, you've taken over performance marketing and weekly growth reporting, mapped each stage of the funnel with baselines, and launched your first experiments.
• By month 12, every paid and partner channel is managed on cost per funded client, regular testing is producing measurable gains in conversion and activation, and you're shaping next year's growth plan.

Who you are

• 3 to 6 years of experience, ideally in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB) or investment banking.
• You hustle. You're hyper-motivated, you push until things get done, and you think in multiples, not percentage points.
• You do the work yourself: you set up the campaign, pull the data and build the dashboard or make it already obsolete by setting up agents that do that for you.
• You're AI-native. You use LLMs, agents and automation every day to research, analyze, write and build, and you'd rather automate a task than do it twice.
• You enjoy moving targets. Priorities shift as we learn, and you adapt fast without waiting for perfect information.
• You take ownership, look for feedback from senior people, and want to lead a team within a few years.
• Fluent English. French or German is a strong plus.
• Willing to relocate to Geneva.

Nice to have:

• International study or work experience (highly appreciated)
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
