Job summary

Octapharma, headquartered in Lachen, Switzerland, seeks a Group Senior Manager - IT Sales, Marketing & Communications Applications. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Communications worldwide to translate business priorities into roadmaps and digital initiatives, owning the portfolio lifecycle from demand to retirement.

You will lead demand and service management, drive data quality and user experience improvements, and oversee CRM, analytics, digital marketing, and patient-facing apps

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field; postgraduate study is a plus.
• Extensive IT business partnering and portfolio management experience.
• Experience with CRM, marketing, and communications applications; life sciences exposure a plus.
• Experience leading global programs, budgets and contracts.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into global application roadmaps and digital initiatives.
• Own the application portfolio lifecycle from demand to retirement.
• Lead demand and service management including incidents, changes, releases, and user support.
• Maintain the portfolio roadmap and drive data quality, reporting and UX improvements.
• Lead or oversee CRM, tender management, commercial analytics, digital marketing, communications, websites and patient-facing apps.
• Analyze and shape data, analytics and generative AI use cases with Data & AI teams.
• Ensure solutions meet architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, IT compliance and GxP requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers; manage outcomes, plans, risks and decisions.
• Manage supplier performance, contracts, budgets and continuous improvement.
