Reporting directly to the Group CEO and as a member of the Group Management Team, you will define and drive the HR strategy across the Group, building and structuring the Group HR function with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
You bring at least 10 years of HR experience, including a role as Head of HR, HR Director or a comparable leadership position, with functional leadership experience in an international matrix organization. You have broad expertise across talent management, performance and development, compensation & benefits, employee relations and labour law, recruitment, and HR operations and systems. You know how to influence and engage senior management, local managers and HR teams across countries and functions. Pragmatic, structured and approachable, with sound judgement, you are comfortable in a lean organization and able to move from defining Group frameworks to implementing them. Fluent English is mandatory, and good command of French and/or German is desirable. The role involves approximately 20% travel, mainly within Europe.
