Job summary

SSE Group in Switzerland is seeking a high-impact HR leader to define and drive the group-wide HR strategy. Reporting to the Group CEO, you will build the Group HR function across eight countries and steer talent, compensation, and people initiatives.

You will partner with senior management to implement HR practices, oversee labour law compliance, and lead international HR projects. Fluent English is mandatory; French and/or German are desirable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR leadership experience in an international or matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance and development.
• Experience defining group HR frameworks and implementing them.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR strategy across the Group.
• Advise CEO and management on people, organizational and workforce matters.
• Develop common HR practices in recruitment, performance, and development.
• Define compensation & benefits principles and coordinate salary reviews.
