Job summary

Six Senses seeks a Group & Events Manager to drive the group and events business from inquiry to post-event follow-up, coordinating with Sales, Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, F&B and Operations to ensure flawless event delivery.

The role emphasizes revenue generation, budgeting, forecasting and maintaining brand standards, with a focus on VIPs and key client relationships across luxury properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Hotel or Business Management.
• More than five years’ experience in a senior sales and marketing role.
• Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with PMS and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage all group and event business from initial inquiry through contracting, planning, execution and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, F&B and Operations to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Drive group and event revenue through effective pricing, conversion, upselling and proactive sales efforts.
• Maintain accurate group and event information in the relevant systems and CRM.
• Prepare regular forecasts and performance updates for the groups and events segment.
