Zusammenfassung

Air Charter Service in Geneva is seeking a Group Charter Sales Consultant to build client relationships, source aircraft solutions, and manage charter projects from enquiry to completion. You will develop networks across airlines and operators to tailor solutions and drive repeat business.

The role requires a proactive, client-focused approach in a fast-paced market. 6 months training in our London HQ with flights and accommodation included, and the option to base in Geneva or Zurich.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-facing experience in luxury products or services.
• Excellent customer service skills and client relationship ability.
• Proven track record toward sales targets and KPIs.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice.
• Valid driver’s license and German language fluency.

Aufgaben

• Build a portfolio of prospective clients through research and outreach.
• Engage prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to convert opportunities.
• Source aircraft solutions by building relationships with airlines and operators.
• Develop client relationships for repeat business and partnerships.
• Exceed sales activity, revenue, and performance targets.
• Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion.
• Represent ACS during departures and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with varying days.
