Julius Baer invites graduates to join its 18-month Graduate Programme set to begin in April 2027. The program offers three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment, and hands-on experience to build a global network for a thriving career in wealth management.

You will join Group Communications, working with senior leaders to shape core narratives and messaging for clients, investors, and media, while exploring how AI can enhance efficiency and consistency in communications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or applied sciences with above-average grades in journalism, communications, or business administration (graduation max. 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in a corporate environment and with strong writing skills, and familiarity with AI platforms, digital communications and social media capabilities; project coordination experience is a plus
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

• Create and edit impactful content for internal and external audiences
• Evaluate AI tools that can improve efficiency and consistency in communications
• Support team projects and contribute to improving messages that matter
• Help incorporate an international mindset into everything we do
