UBS in Lausanne invites recent graduates to join its Graduate Talent Program, an 18-month structured journey designed to develop skills for corporate and institutional clients. Your Role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

• support relationship managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits or events and executing transactions
• maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
• work alongside Client Advisor Associates, who provide administrative support to Relationship Managers and help prepare and structure financing applications

Your team

You’ll be working in our Construction & Real Estate Romandie team. We serve a clientele of real estate professionals, including both corporations and private individuals, supporting them in their real estate development, acquisition and ownership projects. We provide them with access to our full range of products and connect them with our specialists.

Your expertise

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• is a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has no more than two years of full-time work experience
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• is fluent in French and in English, German is a plus
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
