Qualifikationen

• Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in Training, Learning & Development, Quality, or a related GMP-regulated function.
• Proven track record in implementing and optimising training processes, ideally including LMS implementation.
• Strong understanding of GMP training requirements and learning management systems.
• Confident presenter and trainer with excellent communications in German and English.

Manager Training

Ophtapharm AG is an FDA/EU-GMP certified manufacturer in the pharmaceutical sector (ophthalmic products). At our production site in Hettlingen near Winterthur, high-quality products such as eye drops, ointments, and gels are aseptically produced, filled, and packaged for international markets. As Manager Training, you will lead the transformation of our training landscape by digitalising and optimising training processes in a highly regulated GMP environment. You will drive the implementation of sustainable learning solutions that strengthen compliance, efficiency and employee development across the organisation. We are looking for an assertive and collaborative personality to join us at our site near Winterthur starting as soon as possible or by agreement as Manager Training (80‑100 %).

Your Role

• Lead the transformation and digitalisation of the training function.
