Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a German-speaking Manufacturing Operator to support Drug Substance Manufacturing at a Basel site in Switzerland. The role requires GMP experience and a technical mindset, with involvement in process monitoring and routine analytical testing.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, be comfortable with a 24/7 shift, and be authorized to work in Switzerland. Start date is January 2027, contract length 12 months.

Qualifications

• German-speaking is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• GMP knowledge in a regulated environment.
• Background in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing preferred.
• Candidates from chemical or food manufacturing may be considered.
• Basic analytical skills and understanding of process monitoring.
• Experience with routine analytical testing; laboratory experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 shift model.
• Must be authorized to work in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing activities within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and understand basic process control analytics.
• Perform routine analytical testing as required.
• Apply GMP principles and follow established manufacturing procedures.
• Support process monitoring and maintain awareness of manufacturing parameters.
• Contribute technical and analytical capabilities to daily manufacturing operations.
• Work according to a 24/7 shift schedule.
