Job summary

gloor & lang ag is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our GMP packaging team in Switzerland on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on high-quality packaging of pharmaceutical products, with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and clean production areas.

You will perform bottling, blistering, cartoning, and visual inspections while adhering to GMP and site procedures. Fluency in French and strong attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• GMP/GxP environments understood and applied.
• Fluent in French and good basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging activities including bottling, blistering, cartoning, wallet packaging, and visual inspection.
• Operate according to GMP standards and site procedures.
• Clean and maintain packaging equipment and production areas.
• Carry out line clearance and post-production cleaning.
• Complete production documentation accurately and ensure batch records are complete.
• Support format and product changeovers.
• Follow production schedules and contribute to operational targets.
• Report safety observations, incidents, and near misses.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance efficiency.
