Zusammenfassung

Lonza is seeking a Biotechnologist Drug Product to join our manufacturing team in Switzerland. You will execute Drug Product manufacturing activities, ensure batch execution per cGMP, and provide frontline technical support to the production team.

We value experience in GMP environments, strong teamwork, and readiness for 3-shift patterns including nights and Saturdays; English fluency is required, German is a plus, and SAP/MES knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of GMP shopfloor experience, preferably in sterile Drug Product manufacturing.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures and SOP execution.
• Strong team orientation.
• Effective communication across interfaces within the organization.
• Structured, focused, and well-organized working attitude.
• IT knowledge and knowledge in SAP and MES is a benefit.
• Prepared to work in 3 shifts including nights and Saturdays.

Aufgaben

• Execute manufacturing activities in Drug Product.
• Ensure batch execution per cGMP, evaluate test results, resolve issues, and troubleshoot equipment.
