Job summary

ten23 health is seeking a Material Movement & Site Logistics Operator in Visp, Switzerland. You will manage stock, ensure proper storage, coordinate production materials, and handle shipments in a GMP/GDP environment.

Ideal candidates bring a basic commercial or technical qualification with logistics training, strong MS Office skills, a hands-on, independent mindset, and fluency in German with English communication. A Category B licence is required; ADR is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires completed basic commercial or technical qualification, ideally with logistics training.
• Professional experience in logistics roles within GMP/GDP-regulated environments.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Hands-on approach with independence and teamwork.
• Fluent German and ability to communicate in English.
• Category B driving licence; ADR certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels in the warehouse, monitor order fulfilment, goods receipt and stock turnover.
• Ensure correct storage and optimise storage locations while complying with regulations.
• Support regular stock counts and material preparation for production.
• Coordinate transport of materials to the cleanroom and back after production.
• Prepare shipments, arrange transport with partners, and handle customs formalities.
• Handle deviations (DRs), change requests (CRs) and CAPAs, update or create SOPs.
