Lonza in Visp, Switzerland, seeks a GMP-focused production professional to execute Drug Product manufacturing on-site. You will ensure compliant batch execution, document production steps, and support investigations and CAPAs while coordinating with the manufacturing team.

The role requires prior GMP shopfloor experience, fluency in English, willingness to work a 3-shift pattern including nights and Saturdays, and familiarity with SAP and MES.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in GMP environment on the shop floor (preferably sterile Drug Product).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures and SOP execution.

Responsabilités

• Executes manufacturing activities in the Drug Product area.
• Ensures batch execution per cGMP guidelines; evaluates results and troubleshoots equipment.
• Provides frontline technical and procedural support to the manufacturing team.
• Secures safe, on-time batch production in compliance with instructions and quality requirements.
• Maintains timely, high-quality production documentation (batch records and GMP docs).
• Supports process investigations and CAPAs within required timelines.
• Performs operator training and supports new joiners.
• Operates, sets up and cleans production equipment for liquid and lyophilized drug forms.
