Saffery Trust (Suisse) S.A. Geneva office is seeking an experienced Trust and company administrator to manage a portfolio of international clients. You will ensure efficient, compliant structures and proactive client service within a multi-jurisdictional context.

The role offers exposure to structuring, investments, tax considerations and collaboration with investment advisers, tax advisers and junior colleagues, with real opportunities for professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in trust or company administration in Switzerland or international environment.
• Strong understanding of private wealth structures and related regulatory aspects.
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to handle multi-jurisdictional matters.
• STEP, GCI or equivalent qualification (or working towards it).

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day administration of trusts and companies.
• Maintain accurate client records, statutory registers and KYC information.
• Oversee bookkeeping processes and liaise with accounting teams.
• Open and manage bank accounts, monitor transactions and cash positions.
• Support and guide more junior colleagues; identify process improvements.
