Qualifikationen

• 3 years of customer-facing / relationship management experience.
• Local and international Payments & Cash Management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first point of contact for daily banking requests.
• Coordinate flows, accounts, cash pool, and electronic banking setup.
• Onboard new clients and implement new activities/products.
• Provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Communicate incidents proactively to clients.
• Identify sales opportunities and support risk management.
