LGT Bank (Schweiz) AG is seeking a focused Client Service Associate to support Relationship Managers for Swiss onshore clients. You will respond to enquiries, process orders, and help maintain documentation with accuracy and discretion.

The role involves coordination of transactions, account openings, and compliance tasks, with opportunities to contribute to projects and client meetings. Strong English and French, plus MS Office and Avaloq experience, are required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed banking apprenticeship or higher education.
• Several years of practical experience in private banking.
• Strong client and service orientation.
• Ability to manage complex client and transactional matters in a structured way.
• Experience with e-banking and digital tools; AI-enabled applications is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide proactive day-to-day support to clients and respond to enquiries related to accounts, documentation, e-banking and admin tasks.
• Receive, process and monitor client orders in collaboration with Relationship Managers, especially in securities, FX and payments.
• Coordinate and follow up on transactions and related processes including transfers, settlements and deposits.
• Ensure client data and documentation are accurately maintained in internal systems, with confidentiality.
• Support account-opening processes, correspondence and credit requests, and prepare materials for client meetings.
• Assist with regulatory requirements and internal policies including reporting and submissions; participate in projects as needed.
