Société Générale Switzerland is seeking a Global Transaction Banking Client Middle Officer to maintain client relationships and support Payments, Cash Management, and Trade Finance activities. The role emphasizes client service orientation, process knowledge, and coordination across Front Office, Shared Services, and Back Offices.

The candidate will handle daily banking requests, onboarding tasks, and incident communication while exploring sales opportunities and contributing to risk management

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of customer-facing / relationship management experience.
• Local and international Payments & Cash Management experience.
• English: C1; German: C1; French language would be considered a plus; Additional languages advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Act as a first point of contact for our clients regarding daily banking requests and cash management needs, coordinating with Front Officers and back-office teams.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for growth within transactional banking services.
• Support Trade Sales in origination and execution of Trade finance transactions and participate in risk management processes.
