Zusammenfassung

LGT Bank Schweiz AG in Switzerland seeks a client services professional to provide proactive day-to-day support to private banking clients, process and monitor client orders, and ensure accurate data in internal systems.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers on securities, FX, and payments, assist with account openings, and help ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining confidentiality in a dynamic Swiss private banking environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed banking apprenticeship, university degree or higher education, with several years of practical experience in private banking.
• Several years of experience in a comparable banking role with a sound understanding of regulatory requirements and the needs of an international client base.
• Strong client and service orientation, combined with an independent, efficient and accurate way of working in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage more complex client, transactional and organisational matters in a structured manner and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; experience with Avaloq is an advantage. You also have a strong affinity for e-banking, digital tools and AI-enabled applications.
• Excellent French and very good English communication skills, both written and spoken; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Providing proactive day-to-day support to clients and responding to enquiries relating to accounts, outstanding documentation, e-banking and other administrative matters.
• Receiving, processing and monitoring client orders in close collaboration with Relationship Managers, particularly in securities, foreign exchange and payment transactions.
• Coordinating and following up on transactions and related processes, including securities transfers, settlements, maturities and deposit management.
• Ensuring client data and documentation are maintained accurately and promptly in internal systems, treating all information with the utmost confidentiality.
• Supporting account-opening processes, correspondence and credit requests, and preparing and following up on materials for client meetings.
• Helping to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including support with required reporting and submissions.
• Depending on your profile and experience, taking on additional responsibilities in projects, initiatives or team support.
