Crédit Agricole Group in Switzerland's Fund Distribution Services is seeking a Client Operations Officer (Transfer Agent) to manage investor orders, from subscriptions to conversions, within deadlines and to pre-advise fund managers. You will be the main contact for clients and investors, handling requests and ensuring high-quality service.

Your role includes checking orders, capturing faxed submissions, performing first-level controls, and coordinating NAVs and KYC matters with Luxembourg teams

Qualifikationen

• Experience processing fund orders (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers or conversions)
• Strong client service and responsiveness
• Familiarity with KYC processes and related controls

• Capture orders received by fax
• Perform first-level operational controls
• Ensure NAVs are received and orders executed
